Our degustation dinners are an opportunity to showcase our culinary creativity. They showcase local produce with heart and soul. Our head chef draws fresh inspiration from each season’s ingredients and creates one-off experiences that are always exquisite, never predictable. Taste local produce and hear from the chef himself on how he has conjured new associations of taste, colour and texture to let the ingredients reveal totally unexpected dimensions. You can add Mason Winery’s award-winning wines pairing that help inspire the flavour palate.

December Event: Let’s get baking!
Date: 17th of December
Time: 2 pm – 4 pm

About this event :
Bring the kids to construct and decorate their very own gingerbread house.
At the end of the class, they will get to take their creation home, so they can wow the whole family and have something to nibble on all the way through Christmas!
This class runs for approximately 2 hours and includes one gingerbread house per ticket and lots of sweet treats to keep them going as they work through their design. While the kids are having a blast in the restaurant, why not head over to the cellar door to relax and enjoy some wine and nibbles.
